Projects tailored to production conditions
From design to commissioning
We design and build hydraulic equipment, controllers and production systems, relocate machinery and modernise systems that support injection moulding processes. Every project reflects the conditions in the production hall, the available infrastructure and the customer’s manufacturing requirements.
Work carried out at the customer’s site
Our workshop facilities and mobile service teams allow us to work both at our premises and directly at the customer’s site. This shortens response times and lets us tailor the scope to the plant’s actual requirements.

Hydraulic units
Hydraulic unit tailored to the customer’s process
We design and build hydraulic units to specific technical requirements. For this project, we delivered a unit with an ergonomic control panel, high-performance hydraulic components and a configuration tailored to operation in a production plant.
The unit can be used to test injection moulds and can also operate alongside an injection moulding machine to execute a defined injection sequence.

Process control
Custom-made injection sequence controller
In addition to hydraulic units, we build injection-sequence controllers. Each controller is designed around the customer’s requirements, ensuring precise integration with the injection moulding machine and supporting process automation.
This custom controller was configured to synchronise with the injection moulding machine. The customer received a complete solution integrated into the production process.

Production installations
Central granulate feeding system for 22 injection moulding machines
For one project, we designed and installed a complete central granulate feeding system for 22 injection moulding machines. The work included preparing the installation, assembling the system and adapting it to the plant’s requirements.
The system improves material logistics, ensures a consistent material supply to the machines and reduces downtime associated with manual granulate handling.

Machine relocations
Relocation of a KraussMaffei injection moulding machine with a clamping force of 2,300 tonnes
One of our larger projects involved relocating a KraussMaffei injection moulding machine with a clamping force of 2,300 tonnes and a weight of more than 120 tonnes. The work included dismantling the machine into transportable components, preparing it for transport, reassembly and recommissioning.
We completed the entire process in less than two weeks through precise planning, technical expertise and efficient work organisation.

Pump testing
Hydraulic pump test stand for a customer in China
For a customer in China, we designed and built a hydraulic pump test stand with oil-flow measurement. The unit includes a cooling system and was manufactured to detailed technical specifications.
This project required precise adjustment of operating parameters, safe test procedures and highly repeatable measurements.

MACHINE SERVICE AND REPAIR
Ventilation-system repair — replacement of electric-motor bearings
For this project, we carried out a comprehensive repair of the ventilation system, including replacement of the electric-motor bearings. The work covered system diagnostics, motor removal, replacement of worn components, reassembly and recommissioning.
Efficient delivery kept downtime to a minimum and restored the ventilation system to full, reliable operation.

INSTALLATIONS AND MODERNISATION
Installation of a cooling-water system for the injection mould on the KM1300 machine
For this project, we installed a cooling-water system for the injection mould on a KM1300 machine. The work included system preparation and installation, plus three flow meters to monitor flow and ensure correct mould cooling.
The completed system provides stable process-temperature control, improves production efficiency and ensures safe, reliable cooling.

INDUSTRIAL HYDRAULICS SERVICE
Overhaul of a MOOG 80 cm³ hydraulic pump
For this project, we carried out a comprehensive overhaul of a MOOG hydraulic pump with a displacement of 80 cm³. The work included component diagnostics, inspection of working parts, seal replacement and refurbishment of worn components.
After the overhaul, the pump underwent pressure and performance testing, confirming correct operation and full hydraulic performance.

INDUSTRIAL HYDRAULICS SERVICE
Overhaul of three Rexroth A10V71 hydraulic pumps
For this project, we overhauled three Rexroth A10V71 hydraulic pumps used in industrial hydraulic systems. The work included complete diagnostics, component inspection, replacement of worn parts and refurbishment of key operating components.
After servicing, all three pumps underwent pressure and performance testing, confirming full operating parameters and reliable hydraulic-system operation.

INSTALLATIONS AND MODERNISATION
Installation of a cooling-water system for the injection mould on the KM2300 machine
For this project, we installed a comprehensive cooling-water system for the injection mould on the KM2300 machine. The work included eight-zone flow meters for precise control of the flow rate and cooling temperature in individual mould sections.
We also installed more than one kilometre of 13 mm water pipe, ensuring stable and efficient operation of the complete cooling system. The project improved production-process control and machine efficiency.

MACHINE RELOCATION AND TRANSPORT
Unloading 5 injection moulding machines from a container in one day
For this project, we unloaded five injection moulding machines from a shipping container, moved them safely and positioned them in designated locations in the production hall. The operation required careful coordination, specialised equipment and precise logistics planning.
Our team completed all work within one day, minimising downtime and safeguarding the customer’s production continuity.

MACHINE SERVICE AND REPAIR
Removal of an injection moulding machine moving platen for replacement
For this project, we removed the moving platen from an injection moulding machine so that damaged components could be serviced and replaced. The work included machine preparation, safe removal of the assembly and preparation for subsequent installation and adjustment.
The task required precise handling and careful protection of machine components to ensure safe working conditions and minimise downtime.

RELOCATIONS AND PRODUCTION MODERNISATION
Changeover of 16 machines without interrupting production
We comprehensively reconfigured a production layout comprising 16 industrial machines. The work was completed without stopping production: all activities took place at weekends, maintaining plant continuity and minimising downtime.
The scope covered machine relocation and the construction and connection of electrical, pneumatic and water services. Delivery required a precise schedule, close team coordination and efficient organisation of technical work.

INDUSTRIAL INSTALLATIONS
Production commissioning for a new food-industry facility
For this project, we completed the technical work required to commission production at a new food-industry facility. The scope included preparing the infrastructure and installations needed for reliable production-line operation.
We installed more than 600 metres of cable trays and several kilometres of power and control cabling. All work complied with the investor’s requirements and the standards applicable to the food industry.
