What our customers say
Frequently asked questions
How quickly do you respond to a breakdown?
We understand that every breakdown in a production plant – especially in the automotive industry or in injection moulding operations – causes real losses and downtime. That is why response time is our absolute priority.
As soon as we receive a service request, we analyse it and usually contact the customer within several dozen minutes to gather the key information and recommend the first steps. In many cases, we can carry out an initial diagnosis remotely, reducing downtime even before our service team arrives.
In critical situations, we can arrange an on-site service visit on the same day. Our experience in repairing industrial machinery and reconditioning hydraulic pumps – particularly in systems used in injection moulding machines – enables us to identify the problem quickly and begin corrective work.
We have the necessary technical facilities and access to spare parts, which often allows us to keep repair times to a minimum. We approach every request individually, adapting our response to the customer’s production process and the scale of the breakdown. Our aim is not only to respond quickly, but above all to restore full machine availability and production continuity as soon as possible.
Do you service injection moulding machines from all manufacturers?
Yes. We service injection moulding machines from virtually all manufacturers represented on the market. We are not tied to a single brand because production plants – particularly in the automotive industry – often operate highly diverse machinery.
We have experience with machines from European, Asian and American manufacturers, including Arburg, Engel, KraussMaffei, Husky, Milacron, Sumitomo Demag and Haitian. This enables us to diagnose and repair a wide range of systems, regardless of their design or the technology used.
We specialise in hydraulic systems, pump reconditioning and comprehensive diagnostics. As a result, we can work on both older machines and modern electric or hybrid injection moulding machines.
In addition:
• we work with various control systems,
• we have access to a broad range of original and compatible spare parts,
• we tailor the solution to the specific machine and production process.
If you are unsure about a particular model, simply call or email us. In most cases, we can help regardless of the machine’s manufacturer or year of production.
Do you carry out electrical measurements and acceptance tests in accordance with applicable standards?
Yes. We carry out electrical measurements and acceptance tests in full compliance with applicable standards and regulations. We understand how important installation safety and legal compliance are, particularly in production plants and when working with industrial machinery.
Our comprehensive electrical testing includes:
• insulation resistance measurements,
• verification of protection against electric shock,
• protective conductor continuity tests,
• earthing measurements,
• testing of protective devices and circuit breakers.
We test both plant installations and machinery, including injection moulding machines and associated equipment. Our experience with industrial automation and control systems allows us to assess the technical condition reliably and identify potential hazards.
After completing the measurements, we provide full documentation that can be used during audits, inspections and technical acceptance procedures.
Our aim is not only to satisfy formal requirements, but above all to ensure safe and reliable operation of the machinery and the entire installation.
Do you offer spare parts and reconditioned components?
Yes. We supply both new spare parts and professionally reconditioned components for industrial machinery, including injection moulding machines. We know that rapid access to components is essential for maintaining production continuity, so we provide solutions suited to different requirements and budgets.
We specialise in reconditioning hydraulic components such as pumps, motors and valves. This allows us to restore components to full working order while maintaining high quality and significantly reducing costs compared with purchasing new parts. Every reconditioned component undergoes thorough diagnostics and testing to confirm its reliability in operation.
We also offer a broad range of new spare parts, including original components and high-quality alternatives. Each part is selected for the specific machine and operating conditions, taking the customer’s production requirements into account.
Our experience enables us to identify the required component quickly, recommend the best solution and minimise downtime. If necessary, we also provide installation and recommissioning after replacement.
What does the machine relocation process involve?
Relocating an industrial machine – particularly an injection moulding machine – is a complex process that requires precise planning, experience and suitable technical resources. We handle the entire project, from dismantling and transport through to recommissioning at the new location.
The relocation process usually consists of the following stages:
1. Analysis and planning
We begin by assessing the machine, its technical condition and the conditions at the destination. We define the scope of work, utility requirements such as power, hydraulics and cooling, and the schedule so that production downtime is kept to a minimum.
2. Dismantling and protection
We dismantle the machine safely and label all components, cables and assemblies. Particular attention is paid to hydraulic, electrical and control systems so that reassembly can be completed efficiently and without errors. All components are properly protected for transport.
3. Transport
We arrange transport appropriate to the machine’s dimensions and weight. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure that the equipment reaches its new location safely.
4. Assembly and connection
After delivery, we reassemble the machine, connect all utilities and integrate it with the plant’s existing infrastructure. We verify every connection and ensure compliance with the technical documentation.
5. Start-up and testing
Finally, we commission the machine, carry out functional tests and, where required, calibrate and optimise its operating parameters. We check all key systems to confirm that the machine operates safely and reliably.
Our experience with industrial machinery and injection moulding machines allows us to complete relocations efficiently, safely and with minimal impact on production continuity.
Do you modernise machine control systems?
Yes. We modernise control systems for industrial machinery, including injection moulding machines, adapting them to current production, safety and reliability requirements.
Many plants operate machines that remain mechanically sound but have obsolete, unreliable or difficult-to-service control systems. In such cases, a retrofit is often far more cost-effective than purchasing a new machine.
Our work includes:
• replacement or upgrades of PLC controllers, HMI panels and control systems,
• modernisation of electrical installations and control cabinets,
• integration with modern automation and production systems,
• safety improvements in line with applicable standards,
• optimisation of machine performance, repeatability and energy consumption.
Thanks to our experience with industrial machinery – particularly injection moulding machines and hydraulic systems – we can tailor the solution to a specific application, regardless of the machine manufacturer.
Modernising the control system improves not only machine reliability and availability, but also operator comfort and the efficiency of future diagnostics and servicing.
Do you offer service agreements and long-term support?
Yes. We offer flexible service agreements and long-term technical support tailored to each customer’s production environment and machinery.
In industry – especially in the automotive sector and injection moulding operations – preventing breakdowns is just as important as responding to them quickly. Our service agreements therefore focus on preventive maintenance and long-term cooperation.
Depending on the agreed scope, we provide:
• regular technical inspections of machinery and installations,
• diagnostics and early detection of potential faults,
• priority response in the event of a breakdown,
• planning and implementation of maintenance activities,
• technical support, including remote assistance,
• advice on machine modernisation and optimisation.
We tailor each agreement individually. It may cover a single machine, such as an injection moulding machine, an entire production line or a complete plant.
Our aim is not only to keep machinery operational, but above all to increase reliability, extend service life and reduce unplanned downtime.
Do you provide on-site machine diagnostics at the customer’s premises?
Yes. We carry out diagnostics directly at the customer’s plant. This enables us to assess the machine in its actual operating conditions and identify the source of the problem quickly. We work with hydraulic, electrical and control systems, allowing us to investigate breakdowns comprehensively.
On-site diagnostics often reduce downtime and allow immediate corrective action without transporting the machine or its components.
Can you help optimise machine performance and reduce costs?
Yes. In addition to repairs and servicing, we actively help customers optimise machine performance. We analyse operating parameters, energy consumption and process efficiency to identify opportunities for improvement.
We implement solutions that increase production efficiency, improve process repeatability and reduce component wear. This helps our customers not only prevent breakdowns, but also lower operating costs and improve the competitiveness of their production.
Do you service entire production plants or only individual machines?
We support both individual machines and entire production plants. We work alongside in-house maintenance teams in their day-to-day activities and can also assume comprehensive service responsibility for the whole machinery fleet.
Our industrial experience – particularly in the automotive sector – enables us to tailor the scope of services to the customer’s operational needs and the scale of the plant.
