PMSS training programme

From machine operating fundamentals to independent fault diagnosis

Our training programme is structured in two complementary stages. Participants first consolidate their knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems and technical documentation, and then move on to the practical diagnosis of real faults.

This structure allows participants to develop their skills step by step: from understanding the injection moulding machine as a whole, through schematic analysis, to planning corrective actions and reducing production downtime.

Two levels of development

  • UR1 – system fundamentals, operating cycle and schematic analysis.
  • UR2 – diagnostics, fault scenarios and corrective actions.
  • The programme provides a complete training path for technical teams.

Programme scope

Two parts, one coherent learning process

Part I – UR1

System fundamentals and schematic analysis

The first stage focuses on building a solid foundation. Participants learn how hydraulic and electrical systems work and how to interpret technical documentation.

The training explains how an injection moulding machine operates as a whole – from power hydraulics and the machine operating cycle to the fundamentals of schematic analysis.

This stage prepares participants to work with the machine confidently and provides a foundation for developing further diagnostic skills.

Part II – UR2

Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting

The second stage is advanced and practice-oriented. Participants work with real fault scenarios and fault simulators, learning a systematic approach to diagnosis.

The training develops skills in problem analysis, the use of diagnostic functions and the planning of corrective actions. Participants learn to identify the causes of failures, analyse system operation, including pumps and proportional valves, and rectify faults effectively.

The programme also covers maintenance and keeping machines in good working order.

Interpreting technical documentation and the relationships between systems.

Working with fault scenarios and problem simulators.
